📦 Processing & Shipping Times

In-Stock Items:

All ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–4 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

🕒 Preorder Items (Limited Drops & New Releases)

Preorder pieces are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure quality.

Please allow 3–4 weeks from the end of the preorder window for production and fulfillment.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

🌍 International Orders

Shipping times vary by location. Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

Return Policy – That’s Deep®

We want you to love your gear as much as the message behind it. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

⏱ Return Window:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

✅ Eligible Items:


unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

📦 How to Start a Return:

Email us at thatsdeep.us@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions on how to send your item back.

💵 Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

🔁 Exchanges:

Want a different size or color? Reach out within the 14-day window — we got you, if it’s in stock.

🚫 Damaged or Defective Items?

No stress. If your item arrives damaged, email us right away with photos and we’ll take care of it.
